Lilli’s  aim  in Slovakia

Lilli was very tired after a long journey round Bulgaria. She decided to stop to have some rest. She chose the Slovakian spa resort Bardejov, where she is going to relax and taste delicious dish bryndzove halušky (sheep cheese dumplings).  She heard that they prepare the most delicious one. She came into the hotel’s kitchen just in time. The cook was peeling the potatoes .Lilli has offered her help and asked for more ingredients they will need. The cook brought the flour, sheep cheese (bryndza), oil, bacon, sour cream and salt. Then he told her what to do. Continue by shredding potatoes. Drain the liquid and stir in about the amount of potatoes in flour. Add salt. Then use strainer for noodles to toss pieces into a large pot of salted, boiling water. Let cook for few minutes. In the mean time, cut bacon into small squares and fry them. Strain the dumplings through the strainer. Suddenly they found out that they haven’t got the strainer. Lilli took the rose oil machine and recycle it into the strainer. Then she could strain the dumplings. Then  Lilli had to put the dumplings into the bowl, stir the sheep cheese and the sour cream in it. Sprinkle the bryndzové halušky  with fried bacon. The dish was prepared to taste. Lilli liked it very much, it was delicious.
After the tasting she decided to relax in the hot water swimming pool . The next day  Lilli was ready to visit Italy and taste the delicious pizza there.
