The German children send Giulia to Poland. Her aim is to plant the fourleaf glover she found on the Loreley into a place near the German border it is called--Krzywy Las--Crooked Forest.

MY  ADVENTURE

came here to plant a fourleaf glover in Krzywy Las – Crooked forest. I went there with a group of children who attent extra Biology classes. We were a little scared as it was dark and the forest was really dense. However, we knew that a fourleaf clover is a talisman against bad luck and nothing bad could happen to us. We planted the fourleaf clover and we hope it will grow soon so that as many Polish people as possible find it and have good luck. What is more, we will later on need the ground where the glover was planed to use it as fertilizer later on in Austria.

Przyjechałam tutaj z czterolistną koniczynką by ją zasadzić w Krzywym Lesie. Pojechałam tam z grupą uczniów uczęszczających na dodatkowe zajęcia z biologii. Byliśmy trochę przestraszeni, jako że było ciemno i las był bardzo gęsty. Wiedzieliśmy jednakże, że czterolistna koniczynka jest talizmanem przeciwko wszelkiemu zły i nic złego nie mogło się nam stać. Zasadziliśmy koniczynkę i mamy nadzieję, że szybko się rozprzestrzeni, tak by jak najwięcej Polaków ją znalazło i miało szczęście! Co więcej, będziemy potem potrzebować ziemi, na której wyrosła koniczynka, by użyć jej jako nawozu w Austrii.
