When I arrived at London airport, to my great surprise, Queen Elizabeth II was waiting for me! She took me to Buckingham Palace in her golden carriage. It was like living in a fairy tale!     

Arriving in front of the Palace I saw the Changing of the Guard that was a really great event! Together we visited the whole building! A real beauty! In the evening, while we were having dinner, the Queen told me that, in the afternoon, she had gone for a long walk in the gardens and had sat down to have a rest next to a large pool with a fountain; then, returning to the Palace, she had realized that the ring she was wearing was disappeared! Certainly it had fallen into the fountain, but since she did not remember what fountain it was, she was desperate. I  promised that I would helped her finding the ring with my fishing net, but .....

Quando sono arrivata all’aeroporto di Londra, con mia grande sorpresa, mi aspettava la Regina Elisabetta II che, con la sua carrozza tutta d’oro, mi ha portato a  Buckingham Palace. Mi sembrava di vivere in una favola! 

Arrivate davanti al Palazzo abbiamo assistito al Cambio della Guardia che è stato un evento veramente magnifico! Insieme abbiamo visitato tutto il palazzo! Un vero splendore! Alla sera, mentre eravamo a cena, la Regina mi ha raccontato che, nel pomeriggio, aveva fatto una lunga passeggiata nei giardini e si era seduta a fare un riposino vicino ad una grande vasca con la fontana, poi tornando a Palazzo si era accorta che l’anello che portava era sparito! Di sicuro le era caduto nella fontana, ma siccome non ricordava di quale fontana si trattasse, era disperata. Io allora le promisi che l’avrei aiutata a ritrovare l’anello con la mia rete da pesca, ma…..
