Pupils of the 1st and 2nd classes of the primary school in Strettoia buried different kind of waste in the garden of the school: glass, metal, plastic, cork, a piece of wood, one apple and one banana. Misha from Bulgaria was there, helping the children.

AFTER ONE MONTH: JUNE 2013

We digged up the waste. The banana was disappeared, the apple was half eaten and the inorganic waste was still the same. While we were digging up, we have found several ants.

BEFORE WINTER 2013 and AFTER WINTER 2014

We found that the organic waste were completely disappeared while the inorganic ones were still there because it takes years before they rot completely. Marisol from Spain was checking the digging before Winter. For convenience we moved the waste in a vase.
